Portable Handwashing & Sanitizing Station
ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
ShoulderSink ApS is a Danish company behind the innovative product, which redefines the quality of work for thousands of on-the-go professionals. Their portable handwashing and sanitizing station has been a true game changer for a number of professionals who get their hands dirty while "in the field" or working from their cars.
The ShoulderSink holds soap, water, a paper, bin, and hand sanitizer/ethanol – everything you need to stay safe from germs and viruses, as recommended by WHO and CDC.
Easy to mount, all you need are a few screws and you have a complete hand hygiene solution installed right in your vehicle. Super-compact, the ShoulderSink takes up less space than a normal canister. It’s a perfect hand hygiene solution for firemen, plumbers, construction workers, installers, service personnel, etc.
Equipped with a flexible hose, the water in the ShoulderSink can be turned on and off using an arm or wrist. This avoids the worrisome cross-contamination as the clean hands won’t touch the tap turned on by the dirty hand. This handwashing station is an eco-friendly alternative to industrial wipes because plastic waste won’t accumulate during the ShoulderSink’s lifetime.
ShoulderSink ApS needed a reliable partner to launch the production of their product which included both sourcing of a blow moulding tool for the main canister and its cover and producing bottles and other accessories. Their choice was to consider Poland as the best place to set up the production due to its vicinity to Denmark and an attractive cost-to-quality ratio.
Initially, we helped ShoulderSink's R&D team optimise the product for production and afterwards, we recommended a single Polish partner capable of launching and running the entire manufacturing process for ShoulderSink.
